A very successful open house was held at Hawks Landing, Berlin, Ohio on June 16th this year. Ivan Yoder Builders had a completely finished model on Lot 31 that was sold, an almost finished model on lot 39 and one under construction on lot 37 so guests had a wealth of homes to view.
The weather was beautiful (you can see the clear blue skies below) and guests enjoyed a sneak preview of these exciting newly built homes. Visitors also enjoyed delicious chocolate cake, strawberry pie and homemade ice cream. They were even treated to coupons for fry pies at the local renowned Hershberger's Farm & Bakery.
